John B: We needed to get my mother in laws house ready for sale, so we hired Javier to remove some old wallpaper and repaint the walls in three rooms, which he did in a very neat, high-quality way. But quickly we expanded the scope of the project, and Javier wound up painting every single room of the house; tiling two bathroom floors and the kitchen floor; installing crown moulding and baseboard trim in multiple rooms; installing chair rail in the dining room; installing (and painting) all new interior doors and surrounding trim in every room; hanging multiple light fixtures throughout the house; installing a laundry cabinet; installing three bathroom vanities, mirrors, faucets, and towel rods; retiling two bathroom showers; installing the kitchen backsplash; installing the range hood; and repainting the trim in the entire house. Not only was his work excellent, but he gave us great advice along the way, was entirely trustworthy and reliable, and always in a pleasant mood. Our house will be up for sale very soon and it looks great because of Javiers fine workmanship and wise decisions. I highly recommend him and guarantee you will be satisfied with the outcome. He removed wall paper from the dining room, primed the room, painted the ceiling in the front room and dining room, installed crow molding and painted the walls. Carl H: Javier arrived on time, and without delay, commenced preparation of the area to be decorated of some internal painting and large area of wallpapering. The wallpaper work, in particular, required a high degree of skill and commitment, due to the need to both seal the walls of a newly constructed home, and to paper around complicated wooden molding and window casing.
